Event text terms

These terms apply only to the Ariakon DigitalPool Media Lab event-text program. It is separate from Ariakon's customer-care text program.

To sign up for event updates, you must check the event-text box and submit the form. Ariakon may then text the number you provided about new Media Lab events and updates to events you register for. Checking the box without submitting does not subscribe you. You cannot use this form for email-only event updates. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel event texts or HELP for help. You can also contact support@ariakon.com or call 858 422 0707.

After we accept a completed form with the text box checked, we request a text saying your number was added. It includes an optional link to confirm your number. Using that link is not required to sign up. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. If you do not receive the text, check the number you entered and contact us for help. If you previously replied STOP, the carrier may require you to reply START to the same sender before texts resume.
